ABUJA, NIGERIA (Worthy News)-- Nearly 20 suspected Boko Haram gunmen killed 15 people Sunday in Nigeria's Borno state, according to CNN.

The gunman set fire to a traders market, several homes and a church in the Christian village of Daku in Askira Uba District.

"The gunmen looted food items and money left by traders while fleeing the attack," said eyewitness Andrew Musa.

"They pursued people who attempted to flee into nearby bushes and shot them. We recovered 15 bodies from the bushes after the attack, including that of the village chief."
