HANOI, VIETNAM (Worthy News)-- Last week a group of pastors and Bible students were beaten by a mob that stormed the building they were meeting in and then attacked them, according to Release International.

Pastor Nguyen Hong Quang was holding several programs for ethnic Christians at his school in My Phuoc, Binh Duong province, when several hundred police and government officials began pelting the building with rocks; they then forced their way inside, attacking the pastors and students while ransacking the rooms.

Release reported that 20 pastors and students were brutally beaten in the two-hour raid. Pastor Quang suffered injuries to his head and chest and had several teeth broken.

All of those injured in the raid were prevented from seeking medical help.

  1. 1 Timothy 1:8-10

8And we know that the Torah is good if one uses it legitimately,
9knowing this: that Torah is not laid down for a righteous being, but for the lawless and unruly, for the wicked and for sinners, for the wrong-doers and profane, for those who kill their fathers or mothers, for murderers,
10for those who whore, for sodomites, for kidnappers, for liars, for perjurers, and for whatever else that is contrary to sound teaching
